Rowlett Police officers responded to a shooting call in the 2100 block of Lakeview Parkway in Rowlett and found 22-year-old Kerry Cottrell had been shot in the shopping center driveway. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The suspect , Virgil Allen Harris is currently wanted for Murder. He remains at large.
