Service from Jeremy G was absolutely terrible, was confused by simple requests over the intercom, said nothing at the window and gave me no ketchup despite asking twice. Didn't even drive back to get any, I was too angry. Service here is usually friendly but Jeremy G ruined that reputation. It's not very hard to be friendly, even faking it is easy. I'll be driving double the distance to go to the one in Rockwall instead. Fire him and I'll change my review. This review is based on multiple trips to this location.
